Airport, Commercial <br />General Commercial, Limited Industrial and General Industrial districts <br />a. A diagram depicting the layout of runways, taxiways, approach zones and overrun <br />areas. These diagrams should also be on aerial photographs showing a five mile <br />radius from the proposed site. <br />b. A description of the number and type of aircraft proposed to be stored including the <br />storage areas for aircraft, fuel and motor vehicles, and service areas for aircraft. <br />c. A listing of the land uses within the final approach zones of the airport. <br />d. Documentation must be submitted showing that the proposed site meets the <br />standards of both the Federal Aviation Administration and the North Carolina <br />Department of Transportation. <br />e. Setback, buffer yard, fencing and parking requirements appropriate to the specific <br />nature of the use proposed will be established during the conditional use permit <br />process and approved by the Board of Adjustment. In no case, however, shall the <br />minimum level buffer between the proposed proj t and adjacent residentially used <br />or zoned properties be less than a Level Two buffeFyard. <br />f. Airstrip, as Accessory <br />Agricultural /Open, General Commercial, Limited Industrial and General Industrial <br />districts -A# <br />a. A site plan showing all surrounding land use and a listing of the land uses within the <br />final approach zones of the airstrip. <br />b. A general description of how the airstrip will be used including but not limited to: <br />• Frequency of landings /takeoffs <br />• Size of aircraft accommodated <br />• Length of runway <br />• Any other relevant information <br />c. A copy of certification documentation and /or any other documentation or permits <br />required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the State of North Carolina <br />(if applicable). <br />4. Amusement, Outdoor <br />General Commercial district <br />a. Site must be a minimum of 15 acres <br />b.
