The facility's lighting shall be shielded to prevent light and glare spill -over on to any <br />adjacent residentially used or zoned properties, if such exist. <br />f. When a building is involved and will be located in a residentially zoned district, it <br />shall have an appearance suitable for a residential district. <br />g. In the event the facility abuts residential property, a Level Two buffer must be <br />implemented. <br />h. All outside storage areas shall be sited to the rear and require a Level Two buffer. <br />See Chapter 9, Landscaping and Buffer Requirements. <br />18. Public Use Facility <br />Agricultural /Open, Countryside Residential, Low Density Residential, Medium Density <br />Residential and High Density Residential /Mixed Use Residential <br />a. Plans and elevations for all proposed structures and descriptions of the color and <br />nature of all exterior materials. <br />b. A landscape plan (same scale as site plan) showing existing and proposed trees, <br />shrubs, ground cover and other all other landscape material. <br />c. Race Shop, Race Team Complex <br />Agricultural /Open district <br />a. A complete description of the facility including but not limited to: <br />o Hours and days of operation <br />o Total number of employees, both full -time and part -time <br />o Types of accessory uses (see paragraph 2 below) envisioned for the site <br />o Any and all other relevant information that will help describe the facility <br />Minimum lot area is five (5) acres <br />b. The race complex shall be the principal use under the conditional use permit request. <br />Accessory uses may be permitted when necessary for the operation of the complex. <br />Accessory uses include, but are not limited to, the following: <br />o Engine rooms <br />o Conference facilities <br />o Sheet metal shops <br />o Storage of souvenirs <br />o Storage facilities <br />o Housing <br />o Airstrip (See 8 -4,3) <br />o Airplane Hangars <br />o Museums <br />o Pit practice training facilities <br />c.
