Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 8- Conditional Uses <br />TOWER, MONOPOLE- Single pole design, approximately three feet in diameter at the base <br />narrowing to approximately one and a half feet at the top, generally ranging from 25 to 150 <br />feet in height. <br />UTILITY POLE- A structure that is designed for and used to carry lines, cables, or wires for <br />telephone, cable television, or electricity, or to provide lighting. <br />WATER TOWER- A water storage tank, a standpipe, or an elevated tank situated on a <br />support structure originally constructed for use as a reservoir or facility to store or deliver <br />water. <br />WIRELESS FACILITY- The set of equipment and network compoi <br />underlying wireless support structure or tower, including antenn <br />reeeovers base stations, power supplies, cabling, and associated <br />provide wireless data and wireless telecommunications <br />area. <br />WIRELESS SUPPORT STRUCTURE. - A new or <br />tower, or guyed tower that is designed to <br />facilities.
