Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 8- Conditional Uses <br />• A Stealth Antenna which does not exceed sixty -five (65) feet in height is permitted <br />as of right and does not require a conditional use permit <br />In addition to procedures, standard nd crite; forth in this Ordinance, Conditional Use <br />Permits for towers, antennas, a bstan modifications shall be issued in <br />accordance with the foll wing provision :: <br />• T : ers or an nas sixty -five (65) feet or more from the average ground level shall <br />re e a conditional use permit. This applies to mounted antennas, referring to the <br />tots ght from the base of the building or other structure to the top of the <br />antennas. <br />• Any information o an engineering nature that the applicant submits, whether civil, <br />mechanical, or elects" I, shall be certified by a professional engineer licensed in the <br />State of North Carolina. <br />• In addition to any ether information required pursuant to this Ordinance, applications <br />for conditional use permits for towers shall include the following information: <br />a. A site plan consistent with the procedures of this Ordinance which clearly <br />indicates the location, type, and height of the proposed tower; on -site land uses <br />and zoning; adjacent land uses and zoning (including when adjacent to other <br />zoning jurisdictions); adjacent roadways; proposed means of access; setbacks <br />from property lines elevation drawings of the proposed tower and any other <br />structures; and other information deemed by the Administrator to be necessary <br />to assess compliance with this Section. <br />b.
