cii6e <br />NORTHWOODS' <br />Statement of Work <br />Mobile Solution Project, Children Services <br />DEL -08 — System <br />Administration Training <br />Training delivery and materials <br />necessary to administer application <br />software. <br />The following implementation <br />support has been provided by the <br />Northwoods project team. <br />• In -unit implementation <br />support for Compass Co Pilot <br />end users. <br />• "Ride- along" coaching for <br />Compass CoPilot limited <br />production pilot team. <br />Review Method: Functional Review <br />Acceptance Criteria <br />Consistent with the course <br />description and approved Training <br />Schedule, system administration <br />training has been delivered for up to <br />three (3) Cabarrus County system <br />administrators. J <br />Depending on its review classification, project deliverables are reviewed through functional review, <br />formal evaluation, or walk- through inspection. The purpose of review classification is to ensure each <br />deliverable receives the appropriate level of review and acceptance. <br />• Formal Evaluation — The formal, systematic process of evaluating a deliverable for compliance to <br />specifications. Formal evaluation is most appropriate for written deliverables requiring review <br />by multiple subject matter experts. <br />• Functional Review — The informal and immediate validation of a deliverable. The purpose is to <br />gain immediate feedback about the technical quality or content of the deliverable. Alterations <br />to the deliverable product may occur as the deliverable is reviewed. Functional reviews are <br />appropriate for performance based deliverables within the area of expertise and /or <br />responsibility of a single person or small work group. <br />• Walk - through Inspection —The physical examination of material or equipment. The purpose is to <br />validate the completion of a deliverable work activity. Walk- through inspections are most <br />appropriate when inspection can be made by a single person or small work group. <br />Functional reviews and walk- through Inspections reviews typically allow for faster turnaround time for <br />review and acceptance than formal evaluation. They differ from formal evaluation with their openness <br />of structure in which direct verification occurs at the time of review or inspection. <br />Formal Evaluation — The following deliverable acceptance procedure describes the formal evaluation <br />process. <br />1. The Northwoods Project Manager submits a Deliverable Acceptance Form when the deliverable <br />is completed.
