Ensure that program participant files (case notes, goal plan documentation, eligibility <br />determination etc.) are monitored to make certain that they are accurate and complete. <br />Prepares and submits monthly and annual reports to the Director of Youth and Family <br />Services. <br />KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: <br />• Knowledge and experience in working with federally funded programs and contracts. <br />• Extensive knowledge in family development, training and program development. <br />• Ability to prepare contract performance reports that related to both financial and <br />performance data. <br />• Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, be very detail oriented, have <br />strong organizational and time management skills. <br />• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality <br />• Strong organization and time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and <br />work under pressure. <br />• Requires some travel between counties served by the agency. <br />• Must have a valid driver's license. <br />QUALIFICATIONS: <br />Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in human services- related discipline, business administration, or <br />public administration. Minimum of three years of progressively responsible work and <br />experience in human services or social work that includes working with low- income families <br />and individuals with two years of successful experience in a supervisory capacity or a <br />combination of work and experience. Possess good oral, written communication skills; able to <br />attend out of town workshops /conferences. <br />Preferred. Master's Degree in human services - related discipline, business administration, or <br />public administration. Minimum of five years of progressively responsible work and experience <br />in human services or social work that includes working with low - income families and individuals <br />with five years of successful experience in a supervisory capacity or a combination of work and <br />experience. Possess good oral, written communication skills; able to attend out of town <br />workshops /conferences. <br />Family Development Credential (FDC) and knowledge of Family Development approach as an <br />integrated strengths -based model for working with youth and families.
