SALISBURY -ROWAN COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY, INC. <br />CONTRACT MANAGER <br />JOB DESCRIPTION <br />Department: Youth and Family Services <br />Reports To: Director --- Youth and Family Services <br />Status: Exempt <br />Summary <br />The contract manager is responsible for managing funding contracts for workforce investment <br />act (WIA) and community services block grant (CSBG), ensuring that work performed is in <br />accordance with Federal and State laws, regulations and performance standards. The contract <br />manager will assist the Youth and Family Services director in the preparation of existing and <br />new contract and grant preparation. The contract manager will conduct regular reviews of the <br />work performed and documentation of that work to ensure compliance. The contract manager <br />also ensures the completion of required monthly, quarterly and annual reports and <br />performance data. <br />DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES: <br />General Duties: <br />Contract Management: <br />1. Provide leadership for the contracts administration for Youth and Family Services. <br />7. Ensures that the work performed meets the contract requirements of the community <br />services block grant and workforce investment act. <br />3. Review and prepares modifications, extensions and contract closeout documents. <br />4. Responsible for issuing requests for proposals, soliciting and identifying qualified <br />consultants for staff, family and youth training and monitoring performance according to <br />benchmarks and program outcomes. <br />5. Periodically attends consultant workshops /trainings to ensure consistency with <br />curriculum, participant attendance and consultant performance. <br />6. Perform other duties as requested by Director of Youth and Family Services. <br />7. Obtain surveys from program participants after each training /workshop to document <br />participants' perspective on the effectiveness of the training /workshop. <br />8. Manage contracts to ensure cost, service and quality requirements are met. <br />9. Achieve performance targets as outlined by the Director of Youth and Family Services. <br />10.
