The Inclement Weather Leave Plan is in <br />effect for non - essential personnel." <br />c. Offices Prevented from Opening <br />"All Cabarrus County Government offices are closed today. Essential personnel must report for <br />work at their usual times. All non - essential personnel are excused from work. The Inclement <br />Weather Leave Plan is in effect" <br />d. Media Outlets. Tasks for Essential Departments. The departments that are essential to an emergency <br />response will remain on duty or report at normal times. As necessary, these personnel will report <br />early and the departments will prepare for continuous operations during the response. In addition <br />to the tasks assigned in the county Emergency Operations Plan, essential departments and <br />activities will ensure that they accomplish the following tasks: <br />1. Emergency Management Department <br />a.
