NE41,11 . pail <br />ROCKINGHAM COUNTY <br />RFP #12 -01 <br />Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes 143 -129, the County of Rockingham will accept <br />sealed bids for One (1) new Type III Ambulance and Two (2) Type III Ambulance <br />Remounts in the Rockingham County Purchasing Office, 371 NC 65, Suite 210, Reidsville, <br />NC 27320, (Mailing Address: PO Box 62, Wentworth, NC 27375 - 0062), until 2:00 pm, on <br />Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. <br />Persons interested in submitting a proposal for furnishing these vehicles must sign and return the <br />attached proposal sheet to the Purchasing Office no later than 2:00 pm on the due date. Only <br />sealed bids will be accepted. No bids will be accepted after the official time and date. <br />The purpose of this request package is to solicit proposals for the vehicles covered by the <br />specifications contained herein. Our goal is to obtain as many competitive proposals as possible <br />before making final selection.
