workmanship, which are attributable to Warrantor and which, arise during the course of normal <br />use and service. There shall be copies of the Warranty statements included with the bid <br />documents. <br />1.11 Delivery <br />The delivery schedules that are submitted by the Bidder and agreed upon by the Purchaser shall <br />automatically become binding upon the successful Bidder. <br />1.12 Non - Collusion Statement <br />By executing and submitting this bid, the Bidder certifies that his Bid is made without reference <br />to any other bid and without any agreement, understanding, collusion or combination with any <br />other person in reference to such bidding. <br />1.13 General Vehicular Design, Types and Floor plan <br />The ambulance and the allied equipment furnished under this specification shall be the <br />manufacturer's current commercial vehicle of the type and class specified. The ambulance shall <br />be complete with the operating accessories as specified herein. Items will be furnished with such <br />modifications and attachments as may be necessary. and specified to enable the vehicle to <br />function reliably and efficiently in sustained operation. The design of the vehicle and the <br />specified equipment shall permit accessibility for servicing, replacement and adjustment of <br />component parts and accessories with minimum disturbance to other components and systems. <br />The term "heavy- duty" as used to describe an item, shall mean in excess of the usual quality or <br />capacity that is normally supplied with the standard production vehicle or component. <br />2.0 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS — CHASSIS <br />The ambulance shall be a Type III, Class 1 and shall be a chassis furnished with a 2 -door <br />cutaway cab. Chassis shall be suitable for subsequent mounting of a modular (containerized), <br />transferable, equipped ambulance body conforming to the requirements specified herein. <br />2.1 Manufacturer and Model Year <br />The chassis requirement for this specification is a 2012 Chevrolet. <br />Does your bid comply?
