Yes No <br />6.7 Ceiling Headliner <br />The ceiling headliner shall be foam padded upholstery material. The headliner shall have an <br />access panel full length to facilitate repairs and maintenance of the main electrical wiri g loom <br />in the patient compartment. Yes No <br />6.8 Cot and Mounting Device <br />A Stryker, two - position, removable cot retention system shall be provided and installed for the <br />cot of this agency's choice. There will be 3/8" aluminum plates welded to the module sub frame <br />for tapping and securing the stretcher mount. The installation shall conform to the requi ments <br />of AMD Standard 004. Ship loose a Stryker "POWER PRO" Stretcher. <br />Does your bid comply? Yes No <br />6.9 IV Hangers <br />There shall be two -(2) recessed CPI #2008 devices with rubber fold -down style brackets and <br />Velcro retaining straps securely fastened to the headliner, (1) over primary cot and (1) er the <br />squad bench. <br />Does your bid comply? Yes No <br />6.10 Oxygen, Main Supply and Secondary <br />The ambulance shall have a hospital type piped oxygen system capable of storing and supplying <br />a minimum of 3000 liters of medical oxygen. The cylinder controls shall be accessible from <br />inside the vehicle. The pressure gauge shall be visible through a Plexiglas access door. Oxygen <br />shall be piped to a self - sealing duplex oxygen outlet station located in the action wall area of the <br />patient compartment and one additional at head of squad bench. Unless specified otherwise, the <br />style of the outlets shall be standard Ohio. <br />Provided and installed shall be two (2) Anthony GLOWCR 02 bottle holders. They hall be <br />mounted in Compartment one (1). <br />Does your bid comply? Yes No <br />6.11 Oxygen Tank Retention System: <br />A heavy -duty adjustable retaining system shall be supplied to secure an "H" or "M" -size oxygen <br />cylinder. This retention system shall be installed and comply with AMD Standard 003. <br />Does your bid comply? Yes_ No <br />6.12 Suction Aspirator <br />The vehicle shall be equipped with an on -board aspirator, Rico Model RS -4X, with 1200m1 <br />disposable receptacle. Vacuum shall be provided by a 12 -volt electric vacuum pump mounted in <br />an outside compartment and controlled by a low voltage switch on the rear switch control panel. <br />This switch shall be red in color and shall be connected to the electronic control module through <br />a computer cable. The pump shall be mounted in a manner to reduce noise and vibra ion in the <br />top front corner of streetside compartment #2. <br />Does your bid comply?
