The GMP amendment . #5 <br />includes Exhibits A through M, including items such as Executive Summary and Clarifications <br />and Assumptions. This GMP proposal is valid for 30 days and assumes that Turner will receive a <br />Notice 'Ib Proceed on or before March 20`',2012. <br />The GMP Amendment #5 includes the additional costs for the Owner preferred alternates. <br />Amendment #5 is a stand -alone agreement, in that the work completed previously in amendments - <br />1 thru 4 is complete, has been accepted by the Owner, and is currently being occupied and used <br />for its intended purpose. Further, the durations of all associated warrantees, guarantees and <br />contractual obligations have expired according to their respective completion dates and individual <br />contract requirements.
