We have <br />provided an Alternate to Add wall tile in these areas. ADD $ 11,051 <br />2) Ceramic Tile Flooring prices do not include any pattern in the flooring. <br />3) We have included Plastic Laminate window sills as indicated on AB -3.1 issued in <br />Addendum #1. <br />4) No painting has been included on the walls or ceilings of concealed surfaces. <br />5) We have not included any expansion joints as none are shown on the design <br />documents. <br />6) We have not included fire extinguishers, as they are to be furnished by the Owner <br />as noted in Addendum #1. We do include Fire Extinguisher Cabinets as shown. <br />Exclusions: <br />1) All interior signage will be furnished and installed by others.
