As each area is completed, both representatives will review the <br />notes together, to insure that all items are included and agreed upon. <br />Immediately after the walkthrough is completed, one master copy of the <br />punch list will be given to the owner, architect, end user, and Turner. Each <br />copy will be signed and dated by all parties. Turner will have the punch list <br />typed and distributed. <br />f) The punch list will be broken down at a minimum, in this manner: <br />1) Floor <br />2) Room # <br />3) Wall (with plan north reference & dimension off of corner) <br />4) Ceiling & floor (with plan north reference & dimension off of corner) <br />5) Detailed description of deficiency <br />6) Trades responsible for correction <br />Exclusions: <br />1) Removal and disposal of contaminated /hazardous waste materials and its <br />remediation procedures. <br />2) Removal or rework of hidden or unforeseen items encountered on site. <br />3) All permits, including building permits. <br />4) Commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment.
