• Keep trash out of the plot, and respect neighboring plots. <br />• If plot becomes neglected, the county will notify the gardener. After notification, a gardener will have two weeks to <br />remedy problems noted in the plot. <br />• On your plot you may plant vegetables, flowers, or cover crops that are treated as annuals (i.e., harvested or enjoyed <br />in one growing season). This includes crops that overwinter such as leeks or spinach. Perennial herbs, strawberries, or <br />flowers may be approved on a case by case basis by the Community Garden Manager. <br />• Do not garden between sundown and 6 am. <br />• Children and other guest are welcome but must be under direct supervision at all times. <br />• A responsible individual must be present when irrigation is running. Irrigation cannot be turned on and left <br />unattended. <br />• Be considerate of your neighbors. Do not plant sprawling or tall crops that might interfere with other plots. <br />• Harvest only from your assigned plot. <br />• Do not enter other plots unless invited.
