A <br />cemetery shall not be used for the preparation or embalming of bodies or the cremation of <br />bodies. This definition shall include pet cemeteries. <br />CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY- The certificate issue by barrus County Building <br />Standards, indicating that all required building systems have been inspected for <br />compliance with the Building Code and other a lica le laws and ordinances and that the <br />Building, or portion of the Building, may b or used. <br />CHANGE OF USE - A change from one principal use of a building or parcel of land to another <br />principal use of the building or parcel -of, land. <br />CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING- Fad primarily engaged in the manufacture of chemicals. <br />CIVIC GROUP CAMP FACILITYW types of establishments typically provide recreational <br />or educational opportunities for school age children or adults.
