Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 7- Performance Based Standards <br />g. The facility must have access to a State maintained road. <br />Office, Professional 5,000 Square Feet or Less <br />High Density Residential /Mixed Use district <br />a. Maximum square footage shall not exceed 5,000 square feet for all enclosed <br />structures <br />b. All outside storage areas including dumpsters must be: <br />• sited to the rear of the building, <br />• within the setbacks required of the building's underlying zone, and <br />• made unnoticeable from both residential adjacent properties and public <br />rights -of -way through installation of either fencing or vegetative screening <br />c. Parking areas shall be located a minimum of 50 feet from any residentially used or <br />zoned property. <br />37.
