In the event the restaurant locates adjacent to are, , Usiclentially zoned or used <br />property, it must be physically sited at least 100 feet from the lot line of the <br />residential property and parking areas must be located a minimum of 50 feet from <br />the property line. <br />48. The store must be located within 500 feet of an intersection and front on <br />an arterial or collector road. <br />b. Lighting.
