All outside storage areas including dumpsters must be: <br />• sited to the rear of the building, <br />• within the setbacks required of the building's underlying zone, and <br />• made unnoticeable from both residential adjacent properties and public <br />rights -of -way through installation of either fencing or vegetative screening. <br />c. In the event the use abuts residentially used or zoned property, buildings and <br />storage areas shall be located a minimum of 150 feet from the property line. <br />50. When located adjacent to residentially zoned or used property, any outdoor <br />research or experiment areas shall be located a minimum of 100 feet from <br />the property line. <br />d. The facility shall be designed such that it absorbs or dissipates noise to the <br />greatest extent possible. Where facilities are adjacent to residentially zoned <br />or used property; noise shall be reduced to the greatest extent possible at the <br />property line. <br />52.
