All outside storage areas including dumpsters must be: <br />• sited to the rear of the building, <br />• within the setbacks required of the building's underlying zone, and <br />• made unnoticeable from both residential adjacent properties and public <br />rights -of -way through installation of either fencing or vegetative screening. <br />b. When located adjacent to residentially zoned or used property, any outdoor research <br />or experiment areas shall be located a minimum of 100 feet from the property line. <br />c. The facility shall be designed such that it absorbs or dissipates noise to the greatest <br />extent possible. Where facilities are adjacent to residentially zoned or used <br />property; noise shall be reduced to the greatest extent possible at the property line. <br />53. Interior travel lanes, which serve storage units, are required to <br />have a parking lane with a minimum width of 10 feet for loading /unloading purposes. <br />b. . One -way interior travel lanes must have a minimum width of 15 <br />feet in addition to the 10 foot wide parking lane.
