All outdoor lights must be shielded to direct light and glare only onto the <br />facility's premises and may be of sufficient intensity to discourage vandalism and <br />theft. Lighting and glare must be deflected, shaded and focused away from any <br />adjoining residential property. <br />f. In the Limited Industrial district, up to 20% of the site may be used for outdoor <br />storage. All outdoor storage areas must be made unnoticeable through the <br />instailation of fencing or vegetative screening. When located adjacent to <br />residentially zoned or used property or street right -of -ways, additional screening <br />and /or landscape measures may be required. <br />54. Shooting Range, Indoor <br />Office /Limited Commercial, General Commercial and Light Industrial districts <br />a. Facility design shall be such that it absorbs or dissipates noise from the firing of <br />weapons and /or any mechanical equipment. <br />b. The facility shall be located a minimum of 150 feet from the property line of any <br />residentially used or residentially zoned property. <br />c. All applicable local, state and federal permits must be obtained prior to zoning <br />permitting. <br />55.
