This <br />includes future building expansions, accessory buildings, recreation facilities, <br />parking expansions, classroom areas, etc. <br />10. Day Camp, Summer Camp, Civic Group Camp Facility <br />Agriculture /Open Spaee and Countryside Residential districts <br />a. A complete description of the facility including but not limited to: <br />• Hours and days of operation <br />• Total number of employees, both full -time and part -time <br />• Projected number of users per weekday and weekend days <br />• Types of accessory uses, if any, envisioned on the site <br />• Any and all other relevant information that will help describe the <br />facility <br />b. Site shall be a minimum of six (6) acres in the AO district and four (4) acres in <br />the CR district <br />c. Play areas, sports fields and parking areas must be a minimum of five hundred <br />feet (500) from any adjacent residentially zoned or used property line. <br />d. Where adjacent to residentially zoned or used property, a Level Two Buffer shall <br />be installed. <br />e. Where overnight accommodations are provided, facilities shall be located <br />interior to the site and shall have a residential appearance. <br />11. Elementary, Middle and High Schools <br />;Agricultural /Open fie, Countryside Residential, Low Density Residential, Medium <br />Density Residential, High Density Residential /Mixed Use and Office Institutional <br />districts <br />a. School sites shall have frontage on a minimum of two roads providing at least two <br />access points to the site. Sites having frontage on only one road shall provide a <br />minimum of two access points on that road. <br />c.
