Evidence that the North Carolina Department of Transportation has issued <br />driveway permits for the facility. Applicant shall submit copies with site plan <br />review application. <br />c. Adequate access to and from the site, to accommodate traffic generated, including <br />any required roadway improvements. <br />d. Drop off and pick up areas shall be interior to the site, out of the public right -of- <br />way, and designed so as to not interfere with internal circulation and <br />ingress /egress to the site. <br />e. Outdoor recreation areas must be enclosed with a fence. <br />f. There must be direct access to a State maintained road. <br />17.
