Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 8- Conditional Uses <br />a. Plans and elevations for all proposed structures and descriptions of the color and <br />nature of all exterior materials. <br />b. A landscape plan (same scale as site plan) showing existing and proposed trees, <br />shrubs, ground cover and etheF all other landscape material. <br />c. An emergency plan showing how possible spills, explosions, etc. would be handled. <br />d. ,Maximum permitted noise levels may be established in order to protect adjacent <br />properties. Any such requirement will be made a part of the conditional use permit <br />which may also specify the measures to be taken to control noise, including but not <br />limited to muting, special landscape treatment and berms. <br />e. The facility's lighting shall be shielded to prevent light and glare spill -over on to <br />any adjacent residential'N used or zonc, properties, if such exist. <br />f. When a building is involved and will be located in a residentially zoned district, it <br />shall have an appearance suitable for a residential district. <br />g. In the event the facility abuts residential property, Level Two buffer must be <br />implemented. <br />h. All outside storage areas shall be site to the rear and require a Level Two buffer. <br />See Chapter Nine, 9, Landscaping and Buffer Requirements,. <br />18. Public Use Facility <br />Agricultural /Open, Countryside Residential, Low Density Residential, Medium Density <br />Residential and High Density Residential /Mixed Use Residential <br />a.
