A complete description of the facility including but not limited to: <br />o Total square footage all buildings <br />o Site plan showing layout of all buildings including housing and parking areas <br />o Number of beds projected year one through five <br />o Total number of employees, both full -time and part -time <br />o Any accessory uses that may be envisioned in conjunction with the home <br />d <br />b. In the event the facility abuts residential property, Level Af}e Two buffering must <br />be implemented. <br />c. In the event the facility +eeates is to be locate in a residential zone, all setbacks <br />afe sndd De doubled. <br />27. Restaurant with Drive -Thru Facility <br />Medium Density Residential and High Density /Mixed Use Residential districts <br />a. A complete description of the facility including, but not limited to: <br />• Total square footage all buildings <br />• Site plan showing layout of all buildings including pick -up windows, <br />and drive through lanes. <br />• The estimated number of drive -thru customers at all peak serving <br />times with a correlation between numbers served per 30 minute <br />increment (or industry standard) and corresponding amount of <br />stacking space for vehicles. <br />b. Sufficient stacking and circulation must be provided on site se t h ee . <br />0nt ee and shall not interfere with circulation of traffic on adjacent streets or <br />road right -of -ways. <br />d <br />d. Readway si4ftg The use must front on an arterial or collector road. <br />e. Drive -thru entrances and exits must be at least 2-98 feet from an intersectior <br />f.
