The shopping center must have direct access to either an arterial or major <br />collector oad. <br />b. When located adjacent to residentially zoned or used property, a Levey One <br />buffer yard shall be installed at the common boundary between the parcels. <br />c. A complete description of the facility including but not limited to: <br />• Days and hours of operation <br />• Projected number of users per weekday and weekend days <br />• Total number of employees, both full -time and part -time. <br />• Any and all other relevant information that will help describe the <br />facility <br />Ai r <br />29. Applicant must prove that some form of hardship has brought about the <br />request. <br />c. Preference shall be given to homes that may be relocated when the property is <br />developed for non - residential purposes. <br />d. Dwelling unit sites must be screened from adjacent non - residential uses using a <br />Level One buffer yard. <br />30.
