C -t /colt dic:S
Milk
June 28 2012
Mr. Mike Downs
Cabarrus County Manager
Cabarrus County Government Center
65 Church Street
Concord NC, 28026
Dear Mike,
First, I want to thank you and your staff again for your assistance in this
process. I'd like to commend Kyle Bilafer and Michael Miller specifically as well.
Their insight, experience and willingness to work with us over the last several
weeks has been invaluable.
Please consider this letter a bid to purchase the Old Bethel School Property
pursuant to the Resolution Authorizing Auction Sale adopted on May 24
2012. If accepted, it is understood this bid will serve as an offer for purchase.
My company, C- Voltaics, Inc (A Delaware Corporation currently operating in
Houston, TX) hereby offers the sum of $10,000.00 US (via our subsidiary, C-
Voltaics Properties) for the purchase of the property.
It is understood the property is being sold "as is, where is" and my team and
have reviewed the documents prepared previously regarding historical (and
potential) institutional use and the conditions surrounding asbestos and lead
paint, as well as vandalism, on the property. It is also understood that the Old
Bethel School represents a valuable link to the community of Midland and as
such I'd like to offer the following few paragraphs to convey our intended use for
the property.
Attachment number 4
E -1 Page 56
