• Code Issues: We will work closely with Code <br />Enforcement/Planning to prioritize issues, concerns and land use plans as <br />the facility is transformed. <br />• Asbestos /Lead Abatement: We would welcome the <br />possibility of leveraging the property as a training environment for health <br />officials, rescue workers and other environmentally concerned groups or <br />individuals.
