Guelaguetza Homes, LLC.
4175 Amarillo Dr.
Concord, NC 28027
704 - 201 -6166
December 9, 2010
Cabarrus County Board
Of Commissioners
Dear Sir or Madam,
Please accept the present correspondence with regards to per lot payments toward school
adequacy, in relation to the Meridian project, for which we are applying for a building
permit.
During a recent discussion with Kassie Watts, senior planner, it became evident we
would be unable to make the noted payment all at once for the total number of lots, as it
is an uncomfortably large sum of money. However, we also discussed the potential
option of making such payment as "payable at building permitting" which would allow
us to comfortably pay as we go sort of idea.
It is this idea of paying as we go that has prompted us to write you, in hopes our formal
request be seriously considered and approved. I kindly request you not give our
circumstance any special attention, however thoughtful consideration, as we all consider
school adequacy a common community goal, and we are happy to make the necessary
contributions for such a cause. However, it would be greatly beneficial and helpful if we
could make the payment as the lots are either sold or built.
In addition, please be advised we are currently ready and set to begin building on the first
of the lots, however, we patiently await a prompt response from the Board of
Commissioners with a decision before we do so.
With the great hope this correspondence will serve its intended purpose, I thank you very
kindly for your time and attention in addressing this matter.
Sincerely,
culltee-
Guadalupe J Zandate.
Attu number 2
F -1
