AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY ZONING <br />ORDINANCE <br />TEXT2010 -00005 <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as follows: <br />Amend Chapter 3 to ADD Tattoo Studio as a permitted use in the LC and GC zoning districts. <br />Amend Table 3 -8 to ADD Tattoo Studio as line item #59, permitted (P) use in LC and GC. <br />RENUMBER table 3 -8. <br />Adopted this day of by the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />H.
