Overview <br />ETC Institute administered a survey to residents of Cabarrus County during the fall of 2010. The <br />purpose of the survey was to assess satisfaction with the quality of county services and to gather <br />input about priorities for the community. <br />Methodology. A seven -page survey was mailed to a random sample of 1,200 households in during <br />October 2010. Approximately seven days after the survey was mailed, residents who received the <br />survey were contacted by phone. Those who indicated that they had not returned the survey were <br />given the option of completing it by phone. A total of 482 residents completed the survey.
