EXHIBIT C CWMTF Project No. 2010 -703 CWMTF Pre - Disbursement Checklist Documents to be Submitted Before CWMTF Will Disburse Funds REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION/WHAT TO SUBMIT Submit before first re nest for payment 1 Authorization to Written authorization from the governing board or other appropriate authority stating Obligate that it agrees to the obligations of Grant Recipient set out in this Grant Contract. [ *See note below.] 2 Matching Funds Proof of availability of matching funds included in the project budget. [* *See note below.] 3 Compliance with Signed statement that the project and the property and its intended uses are, and will Laws continue to be, in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances, including without limitation, land use, health and environmental protection laws, and zoning laws. 4 Protection of the Letters of intent from property owners. Project Site/ Instrument of Property Interest 5 Documents in Documents as identified in Exhibit A "Special Contract Conditions" (if any) as required Exhibit A prior to the release of CWMTF funds. Submit before first request for construction payment 6 Protection of the Copy of the recorded instrument (typically a conservation agreement) that creates the Project Site/ property interest. The Fund must approve the recorded instrument. Instrument of Pro ert Interest 7 Construction Provide a copy of the permit(s) issued for construction, or written documentation Permits from the appropriate State agency that construction of the Project does not require a construction permit. 8 Documents in Documents as identified in Exhibit A "Special Contract Conditions" (if any) as required Exhibit A prior to the release of CWMTF funds. Submit before or accompany request for final payment 9 Grant Contract Report per Grant Contract paragraph 12b.
