The Consortium receives funding from the <br />US Department of Housing and Urban Development under the HOME Program to <br />address the housing needs of low income families. <br />Local governments hold membership in the Consortium through a 3 -year agreement. It <br />is time to renew this agreement. <br />In accordance with HUD regulations, I am hereby notifying you of your right not to <br />participate in the Consortium for the next three year period (2011- 2014).
