The project consists of 56 multi - family residential apartment <br />units on +/- 11.16 acres located off Little Texas Road in the City of <br />Kannapolis, North Carolina. The Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners approved a Reservation of Capacity for the Forest Park <br />Crossing Apartment project on June 21, 2010. The project received a <br />Development Order and site plan approval from the City of Kannapolis <br />' Technical Review Committee on February 4, 2011. An Adequate Public <br />Facilities Mitigation Agreement is required for the project to proceed. <br />' REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Consider approval of the Adequate Public Facilities Mitigation Agreement <br />and authorize the County Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of <br />Cabarrus County. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />' SUBMITTED BY: <br />Kassie G.
