PROJL(:'T UP DATE <br />63"" District Court <br />Mr. Jano reported this proicct continues to wrap ttp 11 few loose cads and nearing . <br />completion of our proicct work with Grand Rapids Township. <br />Correctional facility Project <br />Ms. Rensland stated that construction is now underway with various site work <br />excavation going on for Unit A -- Video Visitation addition, Contractor Staging Area <br />and Contractor'femporary Road within the courtyard for the ftiture addition (Units L. & <br />M). In addition, demolition work on Unit H2 is occurring in preparation for renovation <br />of this area that will be- classified as Dormitory units. <br />Human Services Complex Project <br />Ms. Rensland stated they are continuing to move ahead with the additional parking for <br />the Human Services Complex. The Planning Commission approved the plans for the <br />parking lot, and this is set to go before the City Commission on July 27. <br />Ms. Rensland said they are still working with Millie and Willie Walker related to <br />closing on their property. <br />Juvenile Detention Project . <br />Ms. Rensland reported they have had two progress meetings thus far, and the project is <br />moving along very well. <br />Parks Project <br />Mr. Jano reported the electrical work is commencing in the blue building and we are <br />awaiting arrival of the new transformer. <br />VI. PROJECT FINANCIAL STATUS <br />Mr. Jana reviewed the proicct rnancial status report. <br />WM <br />63 District Court: <br />Mr. Jano reviewed the following invoices and recornnlended approval for payment. <br />Shoreline Sprinkling Invoice H8577 <br />37.069.00 <br />a. <br />b.
