K. Aftercare for Criminal Justice Partnership Program Graduates: The <br />Provider agrees that graduates from all phases of the program will be <br />given opportunity to continue to attend the aftercare sessions for up to <br />one year at no cost to the County. <br />L. Inpatient Services: The Provider shall assist the officers of the Court in <br />assessing inpatient services as needed. <br />M. Psychological and Psychiatric Services: The Provider will refer all <br />clients with suspected psychological or psychiatric issues to an <br />appropriate provider and will communicate such suspected issues to <br />the appropriate individuals. <br />N. The Provider agrees to maintain the office in a location near the <br />courthouse. <br />O. Urine screens will be obtained by D.C.C. and Genesis ... A New <br />Beginning on a random basis. <br />P. Cognitive Behavior Intervention: The Provider understands and is very <br />supportive of D.C.C. Probation Officers providing this service. The service <br />will be provided in cooperation with the D.C.C. staff. <br />SECTION I1: TERMS <br />The terms of this contract shall begin on July 1, 2011 and unless terminated <br />sooner by mutual consent, shall exist and continue until midnight June 30, 2012 <br />provided that either party shall have the right to terminate this contract as <br />provided herein. This provider understands this grant is contingent on funding <br />approval by the North Carolina General Assembly. <br />SECTION III: PAYMENT FOR SERVICES <br />1. In consideration for the performance of services set forth in Section I <br />above, the Provider shall receive: <br />• An hourly rate of $20 per client treatment hour for IOPT & <br />ROPT. Aftercare sessions shall be provided free of charge <br />upon request for a period up to one year after graduation. <br />C Assessments will be billed at the rate of $100 per assessment. <br />Individual counseling sessions will be billed at the rate of $75 <br />per hour and clients will be seen in this manner per contract <br />requirements of Section I (Scope of Services). <br />Attachment number 1 <br />F -4 Page 67 <br />
