Phase One — Outpatient Treatment: (Offenders may be blended into <br />existing IOP Phase One) Ten (10) weeks, one time per week, <br />minimum, of 3 hours per session and one individual session weekly. <br />Minimum therapy time: 40 hours. <br />Phase Two — Aftercare: Offenders completing ten (10) weeks ROPT <br />may attend aftercare at no charge. <br />D. Duration of Treatment: The Provider agrees to deliver appropriate <br />treatment services to the client for the duration of the client's <br />involvement in the Criminal Justice Partnership Program. <br />E. Content of Group Treatment Sessions: General Life Skills of Cognitive <br />Behavior Intervention based on the needs and interest of the clients <br />within the group will be provided. Topics and basic objectives for each <br />group will be tracked in order to comply with evidence based practices. <br />F. Structure of Group Sessions: All treatment /education programs may be <br />open ended. However, a procedure shall be implemented to timely <br />notify existing groups of the pending entry of a new group member and <br />to orient the new group member into the open -ended treatment group. <br />G. Time of Delivery of Treatment Sessions: IOPT and ROPT groups will <br />be offered in the evening and Saturdays. All clients will be required to <br />work cooperatively with the Provider to schedule individual sessions. <br />This means clients may have to adjust their schedules from time to <br />time to accommodate the required individual sessions. If the client <br />work schedule should be such they cannot attend the standard CJPP <br />groups, and the probation officer is supportive, the working client may <br />attend some other equivalent Genesis ... A New Beginning group. <br />H. Clinical Supervision: The Provider shall also provide for clinical <br />supervision of counseling staff and substance abuse treatment <br />component of the program. This will consist of a minimum of two hours <br />of weekly on -site supervision, case reviews, consultation, and client <br />evaluations. <br />Relapse Prevention: The Provider will make an outpatient "Relapse <br />Prevention" program available for those clients involved in the <br />Provider's IOPT & ROPT programs. <br />J. Family Therapy: Families of clients are expected to be included in the <br />client's clinical treatment regimen. Arrangements shall be made by the <br />Provider to provide family treatment quarterly for a minimum of 1.5 <br />hours in conjunction with all phases of the client's treatment. <br />Attachment number 1 <br />F -4 Page 66 <br />
