Building B (Gymnasium) — This building consists of 9,400 square feet. The gymnasium would <br />be renovated to serve an athletic facility; per its original usage. This facility would be used to hold <br />university and community athletic events. Major renovations seemed necessary include the installation <br />of a sprinkler system and roof repair or replacement. <br />Building C (Classroom Wing) — This building consists of 8,816 square feet.
