Each <br />fire /rescue consultant has served in local government at the management level; each has <br />university degrees; and each has served as a fire/rescue/EMS consultant in all volunteer, <br />combined volunteer and paid and all paid fire, rescue and EMS services delivery agencies. <br />The fire chiefs proposed for this Study have lectured at the National Fire Academy. Staff <br />members have chaired International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) committees, including <br />Personnel Management, Hazardous Materials and Emergency Medical Services.
