Best <br />Mr. John Best is the former fire chief of an Orlando, Florida, fire, rescue and EMS <br />department serving a diverse area, including Walt Disney World. As fire chief, he was <br />responsible for the administration, management and fiscal control of a progressive fire <br />services delivery agency with a $17 million budget and 165 employees.
