Strong Upper Management Involvement <br />Personal attention is a philosophy that is evident throughout <br />Dixon Hughes Goodman. The partner -in- charge of the Sales <br />and Use Tax Group, Tony Flinchum, is actively involved in <br />providing these services. Flinchum brings more than two <br />decades of experience to your organization. His extensive <br />background with the North Carolina Department of Revenue <br />and experience with these types of reviews allow him to <br />determine effectively and efficiently if Cabarrus County is <br />entitled to any additional tax refunds and procure them <br />expeditiously. <br />Staff <br />Anthony Flinchum will be the engagement partner with three <br />assigned staff accountants. A resume for Mr. Flinchum is <br />attached. <br />Timeline <br />We will begin work in September 2011. This proposal covers <br />non - profit entities' refund claims filed through June 30, 2012, <br />with a final due date of December 31, 2012 for the entity to <br />file.
