Dixon Hughes Goodman has not experienced a client <br />terminating the contract before completion. <br />We will identify and review the Sales Tax Refund Claims of <br />Cabarrus County and the various non - profit corporations, <br />municipalities, and state agencies located in Cabarrus County <br />to determine if reallocation of county tax on these returns is <br />warranted. <br />We will provide the necessary services to assist these entities <br />in submitting amended annual, semiannual and /or quarterly <br />refund requests with corrected county breakdown schedules. <br />These services will include preparation of the amended <br />refund requests and assistance with any related refund <br />verification by the North Carolina Department of Revenue, if <br />needed. <br />We will contact the officials at the entities mentioned above, <br />instruct them that we are working on your behalf, and explain <br />that this has no economic impact on them. <br />VAr� Cabarrus Coun A ` tachhment number 2 <br />G -6 Page 594 <br />
