CABARRUS COUNTY 2012 APPRAISAL MANUAL <br />COMMERCIAL HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING <br />HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING PACKAGE - Provides for heating and cooling together. The distribution of the air is provided <br />through ducts or conduit leading from the unit to the various parts of the building. The source of supply normally is <br />a single reverse cycle unit. <br />HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING SPLIT - A system which provided for both the heating and cooling of the building. This <br />distribution system includes ducts for distributing the air to the rooms.
