A <br />room is defined as any area having three or more sides in the form of walls reaching to the ceiling of the room. <br />Enter as 01, 02, etc. <br />ESTIMATED PERCENT COMMON WALL - Estimate the percentage of shared wall to the nearest 5% based upon the perimeter <br />of the wall. <br />NONSTANDARD WALL HEIGHT - Record the height in feet of all non single - family residential walls. The height of the base <br />area only is to be recorded. Height is to be estimated from the floor to the bottom of the roof structure (usable <br />height).
