Matthews, PhD., Director, School Support Division <br />DATE: April 1, 2010 <br />SUBJECT: Qualified School Construction Bonds <br />The enclosed information has the total allocation amount each LEA can issue. These <br />totals do not include any bonds that have already been issued as these projects cannot <br />be changed. If you plan to apply for the total amount please submit an application for <br />the total along with a statement to indicate that we should disregard all previous <br />applications from 2009. <br />Please note that all applications have a final deadline of June 15, 2010. However, <br />applications can be submitted at any time prior to this deadline and they will be reviewed <br />and accepted as they are received. This will be an ongoing process and we will not wait <br />until the deadline to review all of the applications. Due to the length of time to apply, we <br />will only accept and approve completed applications.
