the County's growth plans. The entire Church Street corridor will benefit from the County's decision to
locate the Board of Elections here. Local businesses will see increased traffic and revenue. New business
will be attracted to the redevelopment of this corridor as well. The County will be credited with
leadership and vision, should it locate Board of Elections at this site.
Additional Square Footage & Parking
The Coke building is a 31,000 SF structure next to the Creamery building. Other tenants have committed
to approximately 10,000 SF in this building, leaving 16,000 SF available on the first and second floors.
There is also 5,000 SF available in the basement. The 7 -acre campus would make an ideal location for
future expansion of County activities. There is excess land providing room for additional building pads
and expanded parking. Should the County wish to lease additional space for other departments, we
welcome that discussion.
While we understand the County is interested in a five -year lease, we will also consider a purchase or
lease -to- purchase scenario. We welcome that discussion, as well.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to hearing back from you regarding this
proposal.
