It is <br />the intent of CCTS to conduct technical evaluations of proposals received, hold Contractor site <br />visits and / or interviews, conduct negotiations with one or more Contractors, and select one or <br />more Contractors, with the goal of promoting fairness and competition. <br />All proposals will be evaluated by CCTS personnel who will determine which proposals are <br />responsive and rank them according to the evaluation criteria. Please Contact Randy Bass, <br />Transportation Director at CRBassO- cabarruscounty.us to be sent an email attachment of CCTS <br />manuals. <br />The Committee shall make its findings and award recommendations to the Cabarrus County <br />Board of Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners shall award all competitive proposal <br />contracts to the responsible Companies /Firms whose proposals are the most advantageous, <br />considering price and technical requirements. Cabarrus County reserves the right to accept or <br />reject any or all proposals, to waive minor technicalities and informalities and to make an award <br />deemed in its own best interest as provided in N.C.G.S. 143- 129(b).
