• Mounting <br />• Decals <br />9 Sun Grip <br />Quality Control Program <br />Check to see that the lift is <br />Securely anchored to the <br />Vehicle and there are no <br />Loose bolts, broken welds <br />Or stress fractures. <br />Replace if worn, missing or <br />Illegible. <br />Replace if worn or missing. <br />Third Party Contracting Guidance (FTA C 4220.1 F) <br />All third party contractors must be in compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws, <br />regulations, and directives, except to the extent that the Department determines otherwise in <br />writing. <br />Bidders agree to comply with the following Federal and State administrative requirements: <br />1) U.S. DOT regulations, Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative <br />Agreements to State and Local Governments 49 C.F.R. Part 18. <br />2) Title 19A North Carolina Administrative Code (N.C.A.C.) Subchapter 5B. See Addendum <br />A. <br />3) To achieve compliance with changing federal requirements, the bidder makes note that <br />federal, state, and local, requirements may change and the changed requirements will <br />apply to this contract as required. <br />4) Bidder will be performing activities for CCTS, as such the bidder agrees to abide by the <br />Grant Agreement or the FTA Master Agreement and extend those requirements <br />throughout each tier of their organization. <br />The contractor shall institute and maintain a complete quality - control program to ensure that the <br />requirements of this contract are provided, as specified. The overall goal of the program should <br />be to identify and correct any problems that may exist before they are identified by or reported to <br />the CCTS and /or the vehicle maintenance staff. As a minimum, the program shall include: <br />An inspection system covering all the services required with a comprehensive checklist to be <br />used to inspect contract performance during scheduled and unscheduled inspections, and the <br />name(s) of the individuals who will be performing the inspections. <br />A system for identifying and correcting deficiencies and /or a pattern of deficiencies in the quality <br />or quantity of services provided before the level of performance becomes unacceptable and /or <br />CCTS point out the deficiencies. <br />15 <br />Attachment number 1 <br />F -5 Page 85 <br />
