All <br />help modules include screen shots and work flow images. <br />Product manuals are available for download and printing from the TLC <br />Knowledge Base. Unlimited access to the TLC Knowledge Base <br />including WIKI and blog information is included in the annual <br />maintenance contract. <br />7. (Insert sheets as <br />required) <br />TLC: We are proposing onsite training at your library headquarters. However, prior to TLC <br />stepping foot in the library you will become familiar with the software through online training <br />courses using TLC's Online Training Campus. The Online training Campus contains a variety of <br />informative `how to' videos to help staff gain not just an understanding of the software, but how <br />the software looks and feels. After the initial training TLC encourages libraries to visit our TLC <br />headquarters at least once a quarter for no charge for advanced training, new employee <br />training, refresher courses, and updates. Proximity to TLC headquarters for the library is a <br />bonus. You are about a 4 to 4 1/2 hour drive away.
