It is our opinion that there would be a premium cost of $1,270,000. This would include: <br />1) Site Grading <br />2) Rock Excavation <br />3) Underground Utilities <br />4) Water and Sewer <br />5) Foundations <br />6) Re- Engineering (Structural, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing) <br />7) Civil Redesign <br />8) Architectural Redesign <br />9) Schedule Delays <br />10) Additional Construction Costs <br />Mr. William F.
